I first stumbled across yoga at the gym but was hooked by the idea of developing my own practice. Starting with Ashtanga Yoga, I practiced at home throughout most of college until completing my 200 hour teacher training from Prana Yoga in December 2016.

Yoga has taught me that my body and mind have the ability to adapt, learn and grow. I want to help people explore varied movement on the mat and in life. To stay curious, open to learning and playing.
